Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) If your order is placed before 12pm Monday - Friday it will be shipped out the same day. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

  • We offer free Australia wide standard shipping.
  • We offer an upgrade to express shipping at a flat rate of $5.95 per order.
  • We offer free express shipping Australia wide for each order over $300.

International Shipping Policy

We process orders within 1 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Refunds Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We offer free exchanges on your first exchange per order. If you'd like to exchange an item, you’ll simply cover the shipping to return it to us, and we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement back to you. Any additional exchanges on the same order may incur shipping fees both ways. Exchanges must be received within 14 days of delivery and must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition, including all original packaging and accessories. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Customers may exchange their item for a different style or receive a store credit. If you have any questions, please reach out to our team at exchange@perce.com.au.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days at exhange@perce.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We assess all faulty item claims in line with Australian Consumer Law and will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

 

Return Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email to confirm approval and arrange your exchange or store credit.

Please only use the provided return method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit outside of our return process.

Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

Final sale items are not eligible for exchange unless faulty.

Is it free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia
and free Express shipping on all orders within Australia over $300.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders will be processed within 1 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Please allow an additional 3-5 days for express shipping and 5-7 business days for standard shipping.

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped by Australia Post.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Please keep in mind once your order is has shipped it is unlikely we will be able to have your details changed, however, we will do our very best to try.
