Returns & Exchanges
We offer free exchanges on your first exchange per order. If you'd like to exchange an item, you’ll simply cover the shipping to return it to us, and we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement back to you. Any additional exchanges on the same order may incur shipping fees both ways. Exchanges must be received within 14 days of delivery and must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition, including all original packaging and accessories. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Customers may exchange their item for a different style or receive a store credit. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days at exhange@perce.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We assess all faulty item claims in line with Australian Consumer Law and will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
Return Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email to confirm approval and arrange your exchange or store credit.
Please only use the provided return method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit outside of our return process.

Final sale items are not eligible for exchange unless faulty.
